Our Practice

Virginia iSpine Physicians, PC was founded by Dr. Michael DePalma in early 2011 with the mission to improve patients’ quality of life through the accurate diagnosis and optimal treatment of painful spine disorders. Our practice is actively involved in innovative spine and musculoskeletal research and has a long-standing history of training physicians in responsible, evidence-based,  and cost-effective Interventional Spine Care.

In 2024, Dr. DePalma expanded the practice’s vision through the launch of Connected Coherence MD (CCMD), incorporating components of Integrative, Functional, Cellular, Regenerative, and Lifestyle medicine. Through this expansion, Virginia iSpine Physicians now offers additional therapeutic options, including acupuncture and other integrative medicine strategies designed to promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
