The Mesoblast Study – Low Back Pain
- The purpose of this research is to determine if the study product, rexlemestrocel-L (adult stem cells) mixed with hyaluronic acid (HA), injected into the back, can help reduce back pain.
- For ages 18+ with low back pain lasting greater than 6 months and little to no leg pain.
- Diagnostic imaging may be provided during participation in the study.
The Iovera Device Study – Upper Limb Spasticity
- A study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy ofthe iovera®° cryoneuralysis sytem when used to treat upper extremity spasticity (spasticity of the muscles controlling the shoulder and elbow).
- For ages 18+ who had a cerebral or spinal condition which resulted in upper extremity spasticity.
The Hydrafil-D Study – Low Back Pain
- A study designed to investigate the safety and effectiveness of the HYDRAFIL™ System in treatment of lumbar degenerative disc disease. The implant is designed to supplement and reinforce the interior of the degenerated disc (disc augmentation). It is injected using a needle, with the gel inserted into the disc by piercing through the skin with the needle.
- For ages 22-85 with low back pain with a duration of greater than 6 months
- Diagnostic imaging may be provided during participation in the study.
The BEACON Study – Knee Pain
- This study is being conducted to evaluate whether a single injection of an investigational drug (SL1002) can safely and effectively reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis.
- For ages 40+ with chronic knee pain lasting longer than 6months
- Diagnostic imaging may be provided during participation in the study.
