Kelly R. Purcell, MD

Dr. Purcell is a graduate of Bucknell University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. She was the recipient of a Division 1 Swimming Scholarship during her time at Bucknell. She then proceeded to earn her Doctorate in Medicine degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in 2018. Following this, she pursued residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Emory University School of Medicine. While completing her fellowship training at Virginia iSpine Physicians, she strives to build upon her knowledge and skill set to be able to maximally improve her patients’ quality of life. Outside of medicine, Dr. Purcell enjoys remaining active, traveling, cooking and reading.
